EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:
At Kaari India, we strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. Every order goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

​

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept exchange requests for colour differences or fabric/ material variations.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery at helpdesk.kaariindia@gmail.com or call +91-7051000457. 

  • Direct Shipping: You will have to send the product yourself to the provided shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use a reliable courier service as Kaari India will not be responsible for any loss during transit.

  • Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the requested exchange within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION:

  • Prepaid and COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

  • Request Method: Email us at helpdesk.kaariindia@gmail.com or call +91-7051000457.

 

KAARI INDIA CANCELLATIONS

​

  • Reasons: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.

  • Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES

​

  • Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% deduction (payment gateway fees).

 

CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY

​

  • Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 30 days.

REFUND POLICY

​​

No Returns or Refunds:    We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.

 

Sale Items:   Products marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
