Dispatch Timelines​

• Each product is handcrafted with love, so please allow 10-15 working days for dispatch (domestic & international).

• During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen situations (like heavy rains, political unrest or public curfews), dispatch may take an extra 7-10 days. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed via email or phone.

 

Receiving Your Order
To ensure your order reaches you safely:

• Record an unboxing video and click time-stamped photos within 24 hours of delivery.

• If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Instead, capture photos & a video and email them to us with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Once your order clears quality checks and is packed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners. You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/ email so you can monitor your order anytime.
